- OPEN 13, International Exhibition of Sculptures and Installations at
Venice Lido, 01/09/2010 - 03/10/2010: Ottavio Pinarello represents
Italy at OPEN 13, that's a collateral event to the 67th Venice
International Film Festival and to the Venice Architecture
Biennale 2010, and was opened the first of September at the well
known Excelsior Hotel. For OPEN Pinarello shows an installation based on
his 2006 paintings "Blindfolded Profile" - "Gagged Profile". The image of
"Gagged Profile" has recently been used in Italy, without the
authorization of the author and without the due declaration of paternity,
as symbol of the protests "No Gag" against the Decree of the italian
Government about the telephone interceptions, in consequence of this the
unduly exploited image of the art work has been communicated for weeks
on all the national most important means of information.

- "Studio Barozzi" in Venice
(Italy): Pinarello's one-man show, titled
"Profiles, between painting and photography",
from 15 of May to 26 of June 2009 (then extended to the end of September),
during the start of "Biennale di Venezia". Paolo Barozzi was close
friend and personal assistant of Peggy Guggenheim in Venice in the '60,
and then well-known art dealer in Venice and Milan. Barozzi has
exhibited not only famous italian artists (like Rotella, Vedova,
Parmeggiani, Dorazio, ...), but, also in consideration of his contacts
with Leo Castelli (New York), is one of the earliest who exhibited in
Italy artists like Jasper Johns, Dennis Hoppenheim, Lichtenstein,
Rauschenberg, Andy Warhol, Allan Kaprow, Joseph Kossuth ..., just to
remember some names; he was also in touch with the Denise René Gallery
in Paris, so he realized in co-operation many exhibitions with Victor
Vasarely too. -

was a new broadcast,
about other works of Pinarello exhibited in the "Galleria delle Arti"
(in Vicenza), still on EUROITALY Channel Sat (Sky 893). With many weekly repetitions for
all the month.
- A television broadcast "In Galleria
delle Arti", about the works of Pinarello exhibited in the gallery
"Galleria delle Arti - Arte Moderna e Contemporanea" (Vicenza) on
EUROITALY Channel - Sky 893. This was broadcasted with many weekly
repetitions for all February 2008.
- Caruso Art Gallery in Abano Terme (Padova, near Venice), where
during the day 07/12/2007 was produced another television broadcast, about O.
Pinarello and his exhibited paintings, for Free Channel Sat (SKY TV).
- "Contemporanea" 2007, the contemporary art fair of
Forlì (near Bologna), from 23/11 to 26/01/2007, with Studio A.S. Contemporary Art
(Milano), there was carried out a television broadcast about O. Pinarello and his work,
for "Mondo Arte" program (SKY Sat - 889).
- Pinarello's one-man show from 9 of October to 30 of November
2007 at "Piola", in the historical centre of Treviso, near Venice in
Italy. Inauguration Tuesday 9 of October, from 19.00. "Piola" is a famous
fashionable and particular place connected with contemporary art, where you can seat,
drink and eat something while you are watching an exhibition. Piola has other seats too,
like in Miami, Washington D.C. and New York (Manhattan), here for example in 2006 there
was also an exhibition about the Architecture's Biennial of Venice. - Note: Take
